Access to Chemical lists

1. Direct Access Link (Access URL)

A link that provides direct access to a specific unit's chemical list or the full chemical inventory view.

• The link can be used by copying it directly into the browser's address bar. No separate login is required.
• Access to the link can be restricted by IP address and/or PIN code.
• Contact support@ecobiomanager.com to request a link and test its functionality for your organization.
• Multiple access links can be created. Additional links after the first one are subject to an extra fee.

2. Unit-Specific QR Code (QR Code for Unit)

A QR code that provides direct access to a specific unit's chemical list.

• Access via the QR code can be restricted with a PIN code.
• QR codes are valid for one year at a time, unless otherwise agreed.
• Contact support@ecobiomanager.com to request QR codes.
• Additional QR codes after the first one are subject to an extra fee.

3. Microsoft Entra Login (Entra Login with Microsoft)

The most secure login method, allowing users to sign in with their organization's Microsoft accounts.

• A user account is automatically created for each company user when they sign in with their Microsoft account for the first time.
• New users are automatically assigned a role predefined by the client, such as read-only access or Chemical Management Administrator permissions.
• Contact support@ecobiomanager.com to set up Microsoft Entra login.
• An additional fee applies to the setup of this service.

4. IP-Based User Account (IP User)

A user account linked to IP addresses specified by the client.

• All users accessing the service from the specified IP addresses can log in using the link below.
• Login link: https://app.ecobiomanager.com/auth/ip
• Check your IP address: https://app.ecobiomanager.com/ip.aspx
• Contact support@ecobiomanager.com to set up an IP-based user account.
• This service is subject to an additional fee.

5. Shared Read-Only Account (Shared Read-Only Account)

A shared user account with read-only access permissions.

• Users can log in to the service using a shared username and password.
• Users can view information but cannot make changes.
• Contact support@ecobiomanager.com to request a shared read-only account.
